I've learned that I have to be careful when Olivia speaks about something that is faith or Biblically driven as she tends to know something I don't. In the Fall of 2014 she asked me when we would be going to China to get her sister, to which I replied? "No time soon!" 13 or 14 months later Callie was joining out family. There were so many reasons that it didn't make for this single mom working full time in ministry to pursue a 2nd adoption. But the night after I received Callie's file for review I heard a speaker ask, "If our decisions were made seeking to glorify God and not from fear or other places, how different would our lives, our world be?"
